蒜泥烤长茄与韭菜及金针菇

话说之前在《小红书》里关注的苏苏也是酥酥分享的蒜泥烤茄子的食谱。

很突然的就想起在旺角街头吃的烧烤。

今天就在联业那里拿了不怎么长的长茄然后就打算回家就做菜!哥哥试吃之后觉得味道还可以所以大肥我啊想要把食谱记载下来!

首先,我们必须买茄子!然后还有一些我们爱吃的!本人比较喜欢吃金针菇与韭菜所以就买来试试看!

在烧烤酱方面呢,我们需要蒜泥,油,小辣椒,孜然粉,辣椒粉,黑胡椒粉,生抽,蚝油,盐和糖。

在烤茄子前,我们必须预热烤箱,180∘C,10分钟。
之后把茄子涂上薄薄的一层油然后送入烤箱,烤30分钟。
(可是这因人而异,因为不一样长度的茄子,需要烤的时间不一样)
之后呢我就爆香我们的蒜泥与小辣椒。
在已爆香好的蒜泥里加入2汤匙蚝油,三汤匙生抽,一茶匙盐,一茶匙糖,半茶匙黑胡椒粉,半茶匙孜然粉然后搅拌均匀。
然后把已熟透的茄子切开并涂上烧烤酱。
再把茄子送入烤箱烤10分钟。
就可以撒点青葱上菜啦!😊

Lemongrass Chicken Salad


Hello. 

Its been a while since I last updated my blog and then again I feel like noting down the recipe of Lemongrass chicken of my grandma. :)

Don't really remember when was the last time did I make the Lemongrass chicken marinade and I actually lost the recipe my grandma taught me. I also can't get it online even though I tried to surf through blogs. So I tried to make it my own and I so I'm here to note down before I forget about it and try really hard to figure out which ingredients I need again sometimes soon in the future? XD 

So I added 5 stalks of Lemongrass for 3 chicken thighs, five big shallots, 8 cloves of garlic, a dash of white pepper powder, a pinch of salt, two tablespoon of oyster sauce, a tablespoon of fish sauce and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

I cut all the ingredients into small pieces because I don't have special blender for the paste and I blend the paste with a quarter cup of water. I tried to add the least water I can so the paste will not be too runny. :) After I get the paste done then I added the seasoning and marinade the chicken overnight. :) 

I fried the Lemongrass Chicken with two tablespoons of flour and one tablespoon of corn starch. 

I also made a Thai style salad and added my Lemongrass chicken into it so it taste like healthier :P 

I've added Coriander or Cilantro, Mint Leaves, Scallions or Green Onions, Shallots, Japanese Cucumber, fish sauce, Lime juice,Thai palm sugar and Thai Chili powder. I cut every kind of vegetables I can and mix it up with the Lime juice and seasonings.

After all then the Lemongrass chicken salad is ready!

Mommy's Birthday 2018

Heya! 

Just a quick update about le beloved mommy's birthday celebration we had with her. 

I took a couple days off and spent it travelling in Malaysia with these lovers of mine. :) 

We went to Genting and also we went back to Kuala Lumpur for good! We went back to KL to look for the memories and some good old places for our favourite food when we were all there for our studies ten years back. 

Everything was so good til I don't feel like going home for work. :P 

Then let me end up this post with some pictures taken for memories. :D

I found out that we have to appreciate the time we can spend with our beloved family when we are give chances to or else we might regret when we turn older.

I hope I remember it always even when I get truly angry and even when I turn older. I hope. =]

Its been a long while since I updated my blog.

Life is still good after soooo many years.
I'm single still. :D 
I turned 30 this year.
I'm chubby stil. 

Nothing changes other than turning wiser and older. XD

感恩有你们

哈咯!好久不见我最最亲爱的部落格!:P

今天想用母语记录一些很小很小却让大肥感动很久很久的事情。这两天大肥被禁足了!为什么?因为大肥很难得的发高烧然后吓坏黄家二宝了。

这两天大肥除了吃粥,吃药就是睡觉!睡醒了又睡然后粑粑一直告诉大肥大肥还不可以上班可是坐在家里的大肥屁股痒痒坐不定了想念办公室了,想要上班了,不想当废材了。:P

在生病这两天大肥被当成皇太后了,家里三宝(粑粑,麻麻和妹妹)三不五时就来摸摸大肥的额头,三不五时就送药,维他命丙,100号水,蜜糖水等等等等的给大肥喝。妹妹还二度载我去看医生还抽血,还好报告出来了大肥并没有患上骨痛热症。 #感恩

我想这次是我病得最严重的一次吧,毕竟上班八年来除了偷跑去旅行我真的真的没请假过更何况是病假!:P 因为我觉得身为老板的女儿我要以身作则要有良好示范所以我几乎不请假。

谢谢爱我的你们让我觉得我好像好了,虽然粑粑说我还没好还不可以上班。

我决定了,我要洗澡上班去。我要加油,不要在家里偷懒。 :P

谢谢你们在这么重要的时间有在大肥的身边,谢谢你们没有嫌弃瞬间变成小孩的大肥,谢谢你们爱我。有你们就够了!爱你们。 #要惜福

走了!要去上班了。希望爸爸允许。 :)

Lemongrass Ginger Tea

 Hello! (: Its been a long while since I came to update my blog (: Not updating as often as last time because I am not free since I started to attend English classes. (: I decided to come once at least so that this blog will be a space for me to express my feeling still no matter what happens.

Lets see what had I done in these days. I go to work 24/7 and boil lemongrass ginger tea after work, a short nap before English classes and supper after English classes. :) 

talking about English classes, I attend a short English "course" of Science of life studies 24/7 to improve my broken English. I attend five classes a week. I find it pretty interesting and I learn a lot from it, of course I gain weight too because I go supper after class every night with my cousin brother! :P

I boil lemongrass ginger tea too! I boil it in every two days because I am grateful that I can still do something for my granny who is a vegetarian ( because I haven't know how to cook vegetarian dishes ) and she can drink the lemongrass ginger tea of mine! :D I don't know how to express that special feel and so I visit my friend's store very often just to get the best lemongrass I can get. 

I always think that I have to be truly grateful for what I have had and who are left with me at my age. I'm not young, not old yet of course. I want to love my grandmothers with actions. :D I'm glad I'm given chances to do so. Dummy can do something too right? :P ( I'm never smart at home, according to the lao langs ) heh. 

well yea, I'm actually here to note down my own recipe of lemongrass ginger tea and I typed a super long essay. :P 

I've added 800g of lemongrass, 10-15 pandan leaves, 5 litre of water, a small piece of ginger and 1.5 pieces of brown rock sugar. I like this kind of lemongrass ginger tea. Give it a try if you like ginger tea too! I've it in Mandarin version too. :P

800g 香茅
10-15 斑斓叶 ( 小叶的种类比较香)
水大约五litre
老姜一大块
冰片糖一片半

将水煮沸放入香茅,斑斓叶和姜块,滚一滚放入magic cooker 
几个小时后再煮滚一滚姜茶然后隔天就可以喝了 kiki emoticon 

*热热喝,身体会暖暖的,然后还会帮助排很多气
*姜块要依个人口味放大块的会有点辣,怕会太辣可以放小块的,建议用本地姜,文冬姜不错,比较香 kiki emoticon

It is the national day of Malaysia and so we all are having a long weekend celebrating it. (:

hello! 我来了! :P hehehehe. 

its been a long while since I last updated my blog and I just found out that I missed the updates of my mother's day and father's day celebrations too this year! well, I treated the lao langs bigger meals and we had meals in decent restaurant this time! :)

not too bad and gained a big belly! :P

made kimchi with gocharu this time! very impressed with the texture of the kimchi I made for the first time with gocharu ( Korean chili powder ) though it tasted slighty too salty! :P followed Maangchi's recipe this time and added salted dried shrimps into my kimchi for the very first time and my sister was not impressed with the taste of  "seafood" xP.

made bibimbap too! first time ever that I made bibimbap I followed Aeris's recipe for bibimbap! I didn't add in all the ingredients added by Aeris since I can't get everything in Alor Setar and I don't like bean sprouts but then I'm very happy that I can make bibimbap too! thank kind people for sharing all the recipes online! ^_^ one thing not to forget to note down is that I substituted beef with pork neck! XD thank my cousin brother for the inspiration too! ^_^

still, taste alike kimchi! :P
