Bye November

it is the last day of November 2010.

times flew by eh? ... and my brother is coming back in 2 months time. WEEEEE.. so nice. heh.

took a long break this evening and something was dancing terribly in my stomach and i just can't stop myself from crawling to my bed without taking lunch. LOL

went Penang for Boy Boy's birthday last Sunday and i brought my baby with us. =)

 

 still cute as usual. =)

baked egg with tomatoes too last night but then i found that the pictures i took with the camera are not in the memory card. =.= i wonder why.

DENG.... nevermind. i'll make it again cause the previous one didn't taste nice. heh.

told Ching that practices make perfect and “失败乃是成功之母”  and she told me that i must be the grandma of "success" le. hahahahahaha. why? 因为我没有成功过, but then i'll never give up. please be patient and i'll be a good cook later. i believe that i can cause my papa asked me to “敢敢做梦”. hahahahaha.

thank you, my dearest papa. without you, life is meaningless. really. =) 我会尽量学会煮菜，so that you'll not be suffer for a long time. hahahahahhahaha. =)

A Busy Week

was really busy and i don't really remember what have i done so far. LOL

learning to be the pole of the house cause the mother of mine got tennis elbow disease and she can't cook for us anymore. then i found its kind of fun for me to learn something new. i hope that i can be a good cook sometimes later even though i know that i have to practice a lot but still i'll try hard to make it. =) *because my dad said that girls have to learn to cook at least something or we'll be single for the rest of our lives* LOL

tried modifying the recipes about the jelly that i found online and a friend of mine wonders if my supporters are going to be in good "condition" after eating stuffs i made. heh.thank BUDDHA for protecting the people who support me for not having diarrhea after all. :P

failed the 1st "project" because i forgot to add in more jelly powder after adding larger amount of yogurt drink and water. :P

this was my 1st "project". heh

after all then i modified the recipe again and then i added some pudding powder and coconut milk into the jelly ..

it turned to be like this and the white part was the coconut milk

it taste okay but i think the coconut milk was too thick and so i might try to adjust the amount of coconut milk i can use to make it perfect. i'll make it again, sometimes later. wish me luck? hahahahahaha. =)


then i went to work this morning and then i was rushing my time and being late to work. hahahahaha. guess what did i do before i start working?

had breakfast in the office before i started to work. xD

anyhow, i'm half way dying and i just can't stop yawning.

i've to go off then.

Yam "pudding"

made yam pudding with the left over pudding powder i bought  to make milky jelly. =)

made it cause i promised the cousins of mine that i'll make for them again ....

so i tried to change the shape of the pudding.

dofu said that they look alike fishball. heh

anyhow, they don't look nice cause i got no idea how to clear the "skin" around them and so they don't look perfect.will try again next time with something new like, mango pudding or something? who knows？xD

我的弟弟

刚刚我，黄俞翠唯一的弟弟，黄俊雄打电话给我说，“大姐，惨了，惨了，怎么办？怎么办？” 我，吓到了！！到底发生什么事了？我弟弟从来都不给我打电话的啊！一定很严重了，怎么办？然后他说，“姐，对不起啊，我把你的电脑弄坏了。”

人家说，your first feel shows everything and my first feel was, 惨了，我老弟也未免太紧张了吧？他听不进我讲的话，他吃不下饭了，他很怕我伤心因为全世界都知道那个电脑是我的宝贝。可是，他忘了电脑等东西都是身外物，等我存够钱，说不定还可以买过一个而且，电脑嘛，小事情，干嘛那么担心？爸爸常说，只要钱能够解决的问题，应该就不是大问题。电脑坏，修理不就好了？他，把我吓死了!!

我打了很多通电话，弟弟都不听，怎么办？我好担心啊！

小老弟啊，你知道吗，大姐很担心你啊！爸爸不是常说，破财消灾吗？如果我们破财了，说不定下个月船会有所收获呢？你干嘛要让我那么担心啊？

为什么你从来都不知道，你永远都比身外物重要啊？记得有一次，你割伤你的手，你居然忘了担心你的手而担心妈咪会因为那个碗而骂你，为什么你不会担心，你流太多血而破伤风呢！！你就不能对我们有一点信心吗？你觉得我们会怪你吗？

supposed to be in my bed but then i kept on telling myself that it is okay to be late to sleep.heh.

Golden Egg

made something we called Golden egg and i failed my 'project' cause the egg yolk wasn't runny like how it should be.

anyhow, it should be something alike this but then my egg was like the normal boiled egg because it was nice to smell but not that nice to be eaten as a golden egg. heh.

okay, i'm going to try again sometimes later in the future... =) i'm going to find out why isn't it nice. hahahaha. =)

Happy birthday, Ah Ma!

its my first time to give my dearest my angpau... wow..

its kinda special and i'm going to note it down. heh.

anyhow its my Ah Ma's 87th birthday today and she has 3 of her grandchildren left to celebrate with her cause everyone else went other places for their dreams, works and studies. =)

Baked =]

forced myself to learn something new in cooking and baking once a week and so i baked chocolate walnut brownies today. =)

was once thinking it is not going to be something nice cause i felt that i was wrong while making it but then it turned out to be ... quite nice. =) my dad said. :P

... ah.. yes, i have the best supporter and he'll always with me and he is my dad. =)

made avocado milkshake on 7th November and .. i guess it was pretty lousy. i don't know why.. maybe.. one of my avocados is over ripen or one of my avocados is not ripe yet or maybe Kenken sifu was right that they do some black magic and so they sell nice avocado milkshake? who knows? hahahaha. anyhow, i'm going to find out why is my avocado milkshake taste weird. :P

Flooded

flooded. I guess it is kind of serious and i started to worry already. I'm worrying if the flood water is coming to my housing area, I'm worrying if i'm not going to get the water supply tomorrow.

Milk-y Jelly

2nd time making dessert and it is jelly, AGAIN. lol.

different kind of jelly with different flavour. the skin was yam flavour which i made with powder and it looks so special with the colour. lol.

anyhow, not really nice and wee too sweet for me. :P
