Fried rice with dried pork

papa bought dried pork for me yesterday and so i fried rice with dried pork today. :)my ah ma was here with me last night and so i shared my fried rice with her. suprisingly she likes it. :)

all you need for the fried rice are, shrimps, shallots, onions, minced garlic, dried pork, eggs, filament crab sticks, soy sauce and rice.  =)

long lost update

its been a while since my last update and i think i broke my record after blogging for more than 4 years.  yea, i used to blog for quite a number of posts but then i deleted them. :P funny, wasn't i? hrmmmm.... been pretty busy and i got no idea what was i busy about til my friend was wondering if im breathing still. hehehehehe.

was here to update whenever i make noises in the kitchen of my mom but then i didn't come even though i made noises twice this month. what did i make in the kitchen?
one whole original cheesecake and some konnayaku jelly with fresh lychee and kiwi. saw people made jelly with golden kiwi and i tried and my jelly was kinda yucky cause it was kinda sour. hrmmmm. took pictures though.

it was too cheezy cause i forgot to cut the free cream cheese given and it was 20g more than the recipe i found. hrmmmmmmm...

set wireless connection in the house and so i was viewing the website where i found the recipe since i was scared if i forgot to copy down something important and it helped me when i was baking the cake though. thank you , for sharing the recipe. :)

the konnayaku jelly i made with golden kiwi on my uncle's birthday.

something in my mind is urging me to sleep but then i just can't make it cause i've to go to work again. please make me awake for another 2 or 3 hours. please. hrmmmm. hehehehehhee. i'm talking to myself again.

pity Ching ching

was once wondering why do some people hurt the people who love them directly or indirectly without feeling anything. what makes them feel that they're right taking away stuffs people love and making people wipe their tears for them. worthless but still there are dummies who love wiping tears for some worthless love.

wondering what was i talking about? something that hurt my sister and i can do nothing to help her up.

i feel like whacking the person who made my sister cry, yet i can't do it. i'm so helpless and she is so pity. the worst thing is that i can't even curse them. i'm so useless.
