yooooooo... people. its been a long time since i came to update my blog. too busy working day and night, postponing the jobs and stuffs. hehehehe

 yea right. i've reason not to come and i went to yumcha with kawan-kawan. when was the last time did i go to yumcha with kawan-kawan? i'm not sure about it. hahaha. 

had a fun night out. 

had very delicious thai cuisine. 



people wonder why am i single and try to help in introducing male friends for me. not quite sure if they were joking around but yea i thank them for being concern.

i think i'm critical or else why is everyone else worry about me? hahaha. thank Buddha my dad is not in the list. he rather believes that my Mr. right is not there yet or the best is yet to come. hehehe. okay lar, they are words to console myself.

hopefully, soon. if and only if he is not the right one, please let me miss him. because i'm scared if my heart dies. it is too weak to meet a heartbreaker. am i too serious anyway? LOL

hopefully i get to bake cupcakes tomorrow. hopefully.

芋头扣肉

yo... people! i'm back with a dish i made today. hrmmm thank Sock Peng for recipe it is a very good recipe and i find it easy making "芋头扣肉" in this way with all the pictures taken and the directions stated. :)

oh well, i'm not good in preparing ingredients so people used to make it with a piece of pork and a piece of yam but i had too many pieces of yam left so i added in two pieces of yam. looks weird but thank Buddha my family loves yam. :D 




it is salty for me that i'm not good in adjusting flavour so i added in fish sauce and soy sauce and i actually forgot that 豆腐乳 is salty too. so mine 扣肉 is salty. hehehehe. i also forgot to add in dark soy sauce. so i didn't follow the recipe i think..

it taste better with sugar added by my mom and so if i ever make again then i'll add a piece of 豆腐乳 and sugar instead of salt. i cut down the amount of 豆腐乳 because i only make it with two pieces of pork instead of four. i added more shallots as i always think that the more shallots you add in when you saute them, the food you make taste better!

anyway, yea, for people who love yam, its worth trying. if you don't like lean pork then ask for pork belly with lots of fats inside because the one i bought today was not good enough my dad said. fats part is chewy but the lean parts is kind of hard and they just don't like that. improvement needed and so i'm going to cook again.
