Papa's lunch

mom is not in the house today and so i prepared lunch for my papa. :)

left office earlier today for papa's lunch cause i felt like making him what he wanted to eat after so long. never try before either and thank Buddha everything comes out normal even though the mom is not at home to adjust the taste for me. heh. people know i'm not good in adjusting taste whenever i cook.

烧卖, first attempt in making it for my dad. ugly, i know. i'll try to make better one next time. :)

corn "jeon". lol. not sure what is this called but i did according to my ah ma's recipe. taste somehow not alike but then my supporter finished up the whole plate of "jeon". xD 

tried new stuff today which was mincing meat. hell no, i haven't try to mince meat before even though i made pork meatballs earlier cause the mom was in the house and she didn't like to see me trying "new" stuffs which she can do very well. heh. after all then i know, mincing meat is not that hard though. heh..

was not feeling well and so started to sleep at 4.30pm and got up 2 hours ago just to fetch the queen back home. hrmmm. wondering if i can get back to bed either cause i need to sleep to keep myself awake at work later. :)

soft banana cake

was browsing through the food blogs in these days and i found a new recipe of banana cake and i can't stop myself to try to bake it cause the mother of mine loves it. hehehehehe.

ya, right, it taste slightly different with the one i baked earlier and my dad said it is way better than the previous one. :)

the cake. look over baked, i knew but then i've got no idea how to adjust the microwave oven cause i can't set it 175 degrees Celsius. so i made it 180 and 40 minutes.

been  busy working for days. :)

tiring days, they are but then satisfied cause i can buy more ingredients to make noises in the kitchen. :)

life seems to be cool. everything is back to normal and everyone has his/her problem to settle. lots of stuffs to do and settle in this limited time and we're stressed. might be able to explode anytime soon but then yea, we're trying really hard to take good care of ourselves so that we'll not become part of the burdens of my dad. people ask, are you dating any man, yee chui? no, i don't cause i'm not pretty, not good enough to date a man, i think. oh well, doesn't mean that i don't really want to go dating, just that i've got no one to date with. thank Buddha, my dad hasn't been worrying about this.

went for tea with my sister yesterday and met Ek Wyn and Chean Ying. :) after all then the friend of mine treated us cakes and tea. thank you, Mr. Ng for the V-day gift. xD

getting more and more tired even though i just got up from my nap. ._.

went to work earlier today after sleeping for somewhere around 3 hours at night. heh. glad that i went to work though cause i wanted to go to Pasar Tani for my BIG BREAKFAST and i might not leave my bed if i don't need to wake up that early. :)

uh, talking about BIG BREAKFAST i had this morning. was craving for Nasi Dagang and so i asked my customer where did she sell it at and i went there to buy a packet for myself today. xD  big disappointment cause i expected more and too bad i think it is not the best. hrmmmm. i miss the one i got from the night market of the fasting month last year. wonder why didn't i get cellphone number from the mak cik. hrmmm. *regret* already.

saw Satay too and i can't stop myself from buying and so ended up buying 10 sticks of Satay Ayam. kekekeke. best Satay, so far. :)

thought of making some noises in the kitchen of my mom since she went Penang for some prayer's stuff, so i called Boy to asked if he wants to eat Bacon rolls or something. went to Tesco to buy ingredients and the promoter said that there is only back bacon left and she asked if i want it. i've got no choice and so i bought 200grams and made 7 bacon rolls for my siblings. =) made "bento" for them.

glad i made kimchi soup cause the fried rice was the worst fried rice i ever made. hehehehehee. i failed  to make it best at important times, like usual. hrmmmm.

made jelly for my lovely brother and sister too. made it with palm sugar this time and it taste kinda normal but then i don't really like it. is it too simple or something? i don't know. LOL wondering what do i want, sometimes.

got to rest as soon as i can cause i'm half way sleeping already. :)

heyo people. the boat is back in town and lots of dead bodies of fish left in the boat and so it is a smelly boat now! omg, heard that we need to pay higher price for people to clear the boats for us. logically speaking, cause they have to suffer cleaning our boat for us and so we've to pay higher price. sounds logic, but why? :-( heh. so, WELCOME BACK, KF5559!

its been a while since i blended mixed vegetables juice since i got sick and i bought a few stalks of celeries earlier. so, i was about to clear the celeries and so i made juice again today. :)

its time to detox after lots of heavy meals. :)

its the last day of the lunar new year and i just got home from meeting the best friend of mine with her boyfriend. =)

uh.. i'm here to note down something about the boat again.

there is rumor about the leader of the boat is not going to work for us in the future and i gone crazy.

if he is not working for us,
we'll not be able to make money to cover the loss
we'll never make that much of money in the future

its all about greed, i know. ._.

heyo, people. :)

heard that people are facing lots of problems getting the boat back from the sea. it was wrapped by the fishing nets and they had to cut the fishing nets into pieces which made my dad disappointed cause he expected that they could get back the fishing nets. then again, they said that the boat turned upside down when they're getting it back and then my dad worries if everything drops out from the boat yet he is listening live to the walkie talkie cause he cares of his boat and no one can do anything to make him feel better.

its been a while since i met with the best friend of mine we had steamboat together today with her family and boyfriend.

made kimchi earlier and so i cooked kimchi stew few days back. twice in 3 days time upon my sister's request. :) no, not delicious but still my sister loves it. :)

life seems to be very tough for us, in the year of dragon. heard that we're allow to fall so that we can bounce back higher. can we make it? i wonder.

family members were busy all day long with what they had to do but me cause i got home at somewhere around 2p.m and did nothing after all.

oh, one thing to note down before going to bed.

the dad of mine got better and went to pack food from Hai Tao Kee for us tonight. you'll never know that how happy was i when i got his call about buying food for me. he was not in the mood to eat at all in the past few days.

things are back to normal and life goes on. Ah Boy went back to Penang earlier today and the pole of the house is sick. ._. voiceless and talking in a sexy way doesn't sound cool to him cause he needs to talk to many people about the boat which is sunk right under the sea. =)

yea, it is Chinese New Year still and people have different feelings about this Chinese New Year. =)

on 29/1/2012, my mommy cooked a lot for us so that we have extra energy to face the obstacles and too bad everyone of us was not in the mood of eating and so we've lots of leftover food. ._.
