卤肉面

我来了！

因为今天想煮卤肉面时找不到食谱而下定决心一定要来把食谱记载下来免得健忘的我又忘了卤肉的做法！:P

刚开始要做菜时看到这个，心都凉了一半！因为没得参考，没信心呀！不过还是谢谢圆猪猪，要不是因为有她，我都不会做卤肉饭！

第一次去台湾吃了卤肉饭就超级想学着自己做免得想吃卤肉饭就得飞到台湾去！那时候上网找了一个食谱就一直用到现在！

其实嘛，原本应该要做成卤肉饭可是因为本人比较爱吃面所以我几乎都把它煮成卤肉面然后配芫茜吃，香而不油腻对我来说是人间美味！（那也是在台湾吃控肉时学会来的!)

话不多说，咱们开始吧！

要卤肉嘛，首先我们需要五花肉，小红葱，姜，蒜头，米酒，五香粉，胡椒粉，盐，味精，酱油也叫生抽，黑酱油和冰糖。

首先，把小红葱炒香，把小红葱盛起备用。

然后把已切丝了的猪肉放入油锅里然后加入姜片和蒜片把猪肉丝爆香。

之后把猪肉丝放入已装有沸水的锅子里准备开始卤肉。

把红葱酥，米酒，五香粉，胡椒粉，盐，味精，酱油，黑酱油和冰糖加入猪肉丝的锅子里。

开始卤肉至汁收干，然后就可已盛起开饭咯！

这是我的卤肉餐!  是卤肉面+控肉+白萝卜肉丸汤！明明汤的做法很像可是就是爱胡须张的！更是想念他的唐山肉！:(

Taiwan trip 2014 III

Heyo people! I'm here again just to continue updating bout the Taiwanese trip I had last year! 

Taiwan is a treasure island that has all beautiful scenery, delicious street food and also shopping places for all the ladies! 

we went to Yeliu Geopark on a rainy day! I remembered that because I was running and Sunny told me to walk properly so that I didn't fall down like him. :P he fell down that day. :P 

Yeliu Geopark! one of the top favourite places of mine to visit! why? because of the crystal clear sea water and the sea breeze! :D

 Sunny asked me if i know whats this! i didn't know at first. its actually the look of the Taiwan in the map! its a potato look he said. heh.

after all then we all went to Jiufen! :) 

there is a shop named Misty sells best Taro puff I ever had! heh. just because I like it very much so I bought it back to Taipei for the breakfast next day! heh.

 this is Sunny! my encyclopedia bout Taiwan since last year! :D

after all then team mates were starving and so Sunny brought us to “悲情城市” which serve 古早味typed meals!

he said that people used to eat rice with lard last time like the picture showed. well, not too bad after all, worth trying! :D 

then we went for famous yam balls! 阿柑姨's yam balls are definitely better than 赖阿婆's! at least it is not too chewy like chewing gums and I like it the best! :D

me too had 草仔粿! it taste like our chai kuey but then the flavour was slighty different that they even serve it with pickled radish which is also called chai por! :D 

went to shifen too! written my second lantern in Taiwan! :D 

they are all about my Taiwanese trip 2014.

I started to miss Taiwan already!

Hello March!

Heyo people! I'm here again! :D

Well, things happened in these days! we celebrated lunar new year and had lots of fun since nephews and cousins are back from overseas. Tummy is well and of course I gained weight too! :P Me too sold cookies and baked bak kwa muffins for the father of mine on the 7th day of lunar new year too! shared with some favourite people of mine too! :)

Hi 2015 Bye 2014

Its new year's eve again and so I'm here to welcome 2015 and greet goodbye to 2014.

hey, 2014, thank you for treating me well though I'm not given a boyfriend yet but then afterall then I'm still good other than the terrible period pain I got today. hehehehe. 

Being grateful is what I learnt and practiced well this year. I think I learnt and grew a bit, slightly like a retired girl compared to anyone else at my age. :)

I'm glad I'm never alone. 

I'm glad I'm given chances to see and learn to be a better person. 

Being a happy person continuously until the day I lose my breathe is the only goal I set for myself and I've no new year resolution!

hello people! 

its been quite long since i last updated my blog again. talking about blog, I used to be here once a day and once a month now! :P 

by times we grow older then i found we have lesser time to slack around and life is fully occupied with different kind of chores and they are all very interesting though they might not be challenging. 

I don't have much time to spend in the kitchen now. I have to manage my time well if I really need to be in the kitchen. I found out that knowing how to cook is really good that I can bake "gifts" for people I like on their birthday. a carrot cake for instance! I believe that as long as we keep on learning and keep on doing then everything turns out great. I'm putting my effort and live life as if everyday is the last day of my life so that I'm not regret in doing anything.

anyway, I cooked spaghetti earlier. not too bad they said. its all because of the Prego sauce i added in. hehehehehe. shouldn't taste bad with the canned tomato paste isn't it? :)

getting really tired because i feel sick again. heh. can't stop sneezing and having a bad sore throat is truly killing. consulted my uncle doctor. speedy recovery I hope. because i really hope that i don't need to take medicine and pump symbicort for the coming days. :D

last but not least,

happy birthday baby sister! she is one of the top favourite people in my life! may she enjoy her trip in Auckland with the brother-in-law of mine and buy me many many souvenirs! kamsahamida! :P

Its been quite long since I was late to work and I just made it today! 

was the latest employee after all but still my boss allowed me to go to work! how #grateful am I to have a boss like that! hah! 

Its been quite long since I last cooked in the kitchen. Decided to cook dinner for the brother of mine tomorrow. Shall make a simple one since tomorrow is a day which I have to rush here and there for many tasks! Spaghetti Bolognese maybe!

偶来了!

想说趁记得把感想写下!

我刚刚看了16个夏天,哭得稀里哗啦的!

我一直很喜欢这部剧,因为不罗嗦也很现实,一点都不会没有逻辑.

我好久好久都没在看台湾偶像剧了,因为林心如我看了!看了之后发觉杨一展也很棒!

我还蛮羡慕他们的大学生涯,那青春的大学生涯!像是一辈子都忘不了的回忆.

16个夏天,很棒的一部剧!

我真的很喜欢!

方韦德再见!唐家妮再见!

至于那个他,我想我还是当不了你的朋友.

因为我真的真的觉得我的心负荷不了

因为我没办法在和你说话的时候扮潇洒

所以我决定要微笑着说再见!
