had an enjoyable weekend even though we had a small world war 3 at home last Saturday. hehehehehehe. 

made konnyaku jelly with Hui Xin which is part of the project i've done and out of my plans, after all then still i could finish up everything i wanted to do and so everything was great. :) appreciate everything and that was so cool. teheeeeee. was once thinking to make jelly again cause my mom wants to make something better and nicer so i gave up. :) 

no, they are not excuses. probably because i'm not good in making jelly. hehehee and i'm running out of ideas about what kind of jelly i can make and then again i'm not a good cook and so i am scared if i fail my project. i'm going to make at least thrice so that i can make for people other than my supporters. hehehehehe. 

tadaaaa. Xin's Konnyaku jelly with my mould. looks extremely colourful with 3 kinds of fruits which are dragon fruit, pineapple and kiwi. :) 

was bugging my sister for the barbecued pork ribs cause i fell in love with barbecued pork ribs and i've got no idea how to make it and so she treated me half rack of pork ribs with her first salary! :) my sister loves me and i know it. :) thank you for telling me that we've pork ribs in Alor Star too! :)

taste nice. even better than Flaming Kansas City, i think. the only thing i don't like is the side dishes about the coleslaw or something which are the green and white broccoli. :P~

the chicken burger i requested for. very yummy too even though it is quite expensive compared to the other chicken burgers. :)

got up late today at about half past eight in the morning. don't remember when was the last time that i don't wake up at seven or four. lol. that was really good and i really like that. =) thats what happened if we work continuously for many days and never get enough sleep. not because of the elders in the house but the bad me who loves to stick with my laptop and the stupid son of me. hehehehehe. 

don't remember how many times do i go bathing nowadays.. :)

Run-away doggy!

the papa of mine called earlier when i was upstairs telling Cooper ran away from home.

that freak me out and so i ran down to shout Cooper, Cooper and he didn't even bark at me. =.=" after all then i found that he was in the house. LOL.

stop scaring me, stupid son. its been a while since i got scared in that way. hehehee.

by the way Cooper gained weight and i'm going to cut off the food he can eat and make him exercise more so that he can live longer with me. :) that boy started to bark since yesterday and it was so good. LOL. at least he made me felt that i've him. :)

last but not least,

was really busy working last week and don't really remember what actually happened in the past few days. :P~ no, and i've got nothing to update unless the fried chicken with lemongrass and the not-so-tasty cookies i baked. kekekekeke. 

bought 2 chicken thigh-s a few days before friday just because i wanna make boneless fried chicken for my sister! :) couldn't make it on Friday cause we had lots of food my papa bought from SP and so i made it on Saturday. hrmmmm. thank Buddha it was not too salty even though i marinated for 2 days, mommy claimed that the aroma of lemongrass was too heavy but i think it was fine for me. hehehehehe. even my sister didn't complain, thats why. :P~

my fried chicken. never know that we can fried chicken with rice flour too! hehehehe. :) taste alright. :)

bake flourless peanut butter cookies because there is a bottle of peanut butter left in the fridge. it was crunchy but i wonder why is it not tasty. probably because i have to measure the amount of vanilla essence i can put but i didn't. teheeee. :P~ 

i have some of them with nutella spread but they look really ugly to show out. lol.

Kerabu Glass Noodle

thought of making fun of my mom when i was working earlier today and so i suggested her to buy this and that for me so that i can cook! hehehehehehe. thought of making lemongrass pork chop at first but then she said that there is pork leftover in the fridge and so i thought of buying chicken thigh and chicken breast from the market of Kampung Berjaya. :D 

asked my mom to get me 2 cucumbers and i forgot that i actually don't need cucumber for kerabu. lalala~ :P

my type of kerabu 

all you need are a medium sized purple onion, half a tomato, half a chicken breast, handful of glass noodle, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, cili padi and chicken stock. :D i don't really use the chicken stock in packet cause i've some soup left after steaming the chicken breast. after all then it taste alright just that i should have boil the glass noodle longer cause its different with those we got from Thailand and it is too chewy for old people like us. hehehehehehehe. :D 

just got up from bed not long ago. was once planning to bring Cooper to go for a walk in the evening but then i only see Moon when i got up from my bed after my short nap. hehehehehee. tomorrow, maybe. :P~ okay, ya, right, i'm an irresponsible mommy. hehehehee.

love?

talked to a friend of mine this morning, before i went for morning walk with Cooper. 

he said that i've grown up and i've to face my problems but living in the past. he asked me to love myself more and i told him that i don't like myself and that pissed him off. hehehehehehe. he knows who he is. 

oh well, don't ask me if i love myself. i'm not very sure about that but then i know i love my family. i'll be smiling whenever i see them smile. i'll cry too whenever i see them cry. 

i know i love my sister and brothers. i'm thinking of ways to make good food for them even though i know they don't like them just because i wish that sometimes in the future they like what i've done for them.

i know i love my parents and i do whatever they like and try to avoid whatever they don't like me to do. 

i know i love my best friends. i don't have many best friends to list out and they know who they are. 

i love my car, without any reason.

i love everything which is related to me. EVERYTHING but i wonder if i love myself.

someone told me that i'm not happy and i'm not very sure about that. he said that sometimes later he wishes that i will tell him that i'm happy with my life. hrmmmmmmmm. 

oh well, am i not happy? do i look like unhappy? :D 

i don't know .... 

guess its not important cause you love me. :) don't deny else why did you say that my words broke your heart!!! lalala~ :P 

BUT one thing i'm sure is COOPER LOVES ME. i play an important role in his life. he'll be there for me no matter when do i go to hold his paws. he hugs me everyday too. :)

 my friend's question killed millions of my brain cells. heheheehe. so, i pampered myself with a pot of tomyum!

hehehehehe. with 3 big pranws. one for papa, one for mommy and one for me! :D 

let me share how did i cook this pot of Tomyum. i boiled a couple of kaffir lime leaves, a tomato, purple onion and a lemongrass. then only i added tomyum stock and tomyum paste. after all then i added in whatever i've in the fridge and then my tomyum is ready! :) not hard, right? if i can make it, everyone else can! :)

getting hungry again. going off for lychee and some chit chat time with Cooper! :)

Spring Rolls

made spring rolls in the past weekend 

I've got no idea how to make the spring rolls and so i followed my cousin's recipe about popiah salad and wrapped it with the Vietnamese spring rolls wrappers. 

with cucumber, carrots, turnips and almond. :) 

with picked cucumber, carrots and extra crab meat. :)

ugly, i know. i'll try to think of ways to make better spring rolls next time. :)

hrmmmmmm.. after all then, they don't really like the spring rolls and i've more than 10 pieces of wrappers left. still, i can try for a few times more! =)
