got the recipe here and i forgot to add in more seasoning since i didn't use cooking wine. oh well, it should be a good recipe but mine sucks. lol
anyhow, why did i make " shui khow " since it is recipe for " wanton ". erm.... cause we've shui khow pastry left in the fridge since lunar new year.
anyhow, i'm happy because i tried and my " shui khow " looks like the normal one. lol i found out that its really hard to wrap " shui khow " and i was about to get mad. :P one happy thing is that nobody in the house was there to help me and i finished wrapping everything by myself and had lots of " shui khows " too as dinner as there are spoilt and ugly stuffs left.. :P "人有失手马有失蹄" 嘛. lol
okay, done crapping and got to go bathing.
