was really busy having fun at home today cause the queen is not in the house. lol. the boats of my dad got some fishes and so i took those worthless fish back home and then my dad suggested me to make fishballs. fishballs, fishballs .... urm.. this is something my dad kept on suggesting me to make since he loves fish and i never make that for him since i am never a hardworking person. what makes me so hardworking today? hrmmm.. i'm not sure about that. lol.

brought 2 ikan parang back home and i was once thinking to give them to kakak but then my dad said that what i've got from the market was good fish and so i told my dad that i want to try making fishballs since people sell parang fishballs everywhere and i wanna know if i can make that too since i found a recipe when i was hoping around the blogs. xD thank you for sharing the recipe. =)

the fishballs i made

i didn't really follow the recipe given cause i only have 10 percent of the fish in the ingredients and so i followed the steps given and made that myself. i didn't use an eletrical mixer also cause, like i said, i don't have the big amount of fish stated in the ingredient in the recipe.
my fishballs don't look round and it taste a little too chewy. heh. i'll try to find out why is it so weird. i'll follow the recipe once i find out tenggiri at my work place. hehehehehehehe. hopefully my papa really like my fishballs.

can't wait to make bacon rolls for ah b tomorrow. i'll try to make that with some asparagus this time since the brother of mine doesn't like carrot. wish me luck! got to go to bed since i'm having heartburn again. medicine for sensitive skin and gastric pain. guess i'll have to take good care of myself or i'll have to take more medicine and i hate tablets. x.x
