Stuffed Mushroom

hehehehe. here i come, again! why? because i'm waiting for my dad to come home. got to wait til he comes home only i go to bed! i insist. :)

had world war in the lovely home today. 2 hedgehogs were fighting around and i enjoyed making noises in the kitchen on this special day. made stuffed mushroom and cooked pork balls soup. 

taste alike just because the inti is the same. hehehehehehe. 

went to Tesco at around 10 for my fresh mushrooms and vegetables since i was too late for early market. :) glad mommy had pork in fridge or i can't make pork balls today. :) 

had fun cooking in the kitchen, lunch with dad back at home, everything was so good until i had my headache. its like a boom kept in my brain and its moving every second, even now. will be alright after getting up from nap, i thought, not it seems to be. 

i hope that i shall feel better by tomorrow or i can't bake cookies. :P~ 

its time to note down the recipe or i shall forget sometimes later. i'm very "lomo". people knew even my aunties. hehehehehe. all i've added in the mixture of are  minced pork, minced prawns, shallots, garlic, carrots, pepper, salt, ajinomoto, potato starch and sesame oil. 

prawns must be a bit more than pork. shallots must be a bit more than garlic. don't add in lots of carrots or it will be runny and you have to add in more potato starch and it will be chewy. 

heat up your frying pan and stir fried prawns with shallots and garlic to avoid the smell of the prawns. in a mixing bowl, add in the fried minced prawns, minced pork, minced carrots, pepper, salt, ajinomoto and a few drops of sesame oil. after all then add in potato starch and spoon a spoonful of mixture on the mushroom. then, steam and serve! 

thats my way in making stuffed mushroom, first time. not sure if you will like it but worth trying it and its easy, isn't it?

currently listening to " Where is the love " by Black Eyed Peas. missing my siblings, very much and missing those days when we were in my brothers room listening to the songs he kept on repeating. not sure when is the next time that we can fool around like that. people grown up, so do we. i really hope that sometimes later then we can go somewhere for a trip or so.
