the brother of mine ordered hot dog buns and so i made mini bacon egg toast too while making sausage buns. same ingredients, that is why!
anyway, saw the recipe of bacon wrapped eggs earlier and found another recipe when i was hoping around food blogs so i tried the second recipe. look almost the same but then we added grated cheddar cheese in the eggs and our egg yolks are runny. my sister likes half cooked egg yolks. i didn't add in scallions because i was rushing time for my sibling's bento boxes. hehehe
if i am given a chance to bake it again, i'm going to bake with eggs at room temperature and bake it at 200 Celsius degree for twelve minutes but fifteen minutes. :)
taste good with chili sauce. give it a try. you will not regret. :)
